To get started on a project for your Campus or Service Line, please open a Star Swag Request through ServiceNow: (link at the top of MyNet). All projects must start with a Star Swag Request – it’s how we order, track and invoice everything.
Star Swag fields dozens of new requests a day and we track them all here. The Star Swag Request form allows us to capture critical details including budget, cost center codes, in-hands dates and shipping addresses. After we receive your request we will open a project-specific Teams conversation where we will discuss the project and communicate links, pricing and proofs. This is much more efficient than email, as nothing will get lost. Completing the form doesn’t commit you to anything, but we have found this is the most efficient way to manage requests.
Star Swag uses hundreds of vetted suppliers and we have access to millions of promotional product options - every product in the industry - including direct overseas manufacturing. Star Swag knows who the best and most reliable suppliers are, thus we prefer you give us direction and a budget so we can send you ideas! Our preferred apparel supplier is and we partner with multiple local decorators. We can order blank apparel and customize it however you need. You may choose any product you find on this site (including hats, bags, etc.). Thanks!
